We have to give a big forward to our friends Honey Munster and Daddy G who picked up 3 trophies at the Reading University Media Awards 2005 for their excellent Reggae Fever show, the recognition was for Best Production, Best specialist Show and the Best Spirit Award.

We've gotta say it's well deserved, since the show started they given us a nice selection of top tunes every week, plus they've been pushing local reggae by interviewing artists, producers and promoters in the studio, including Birdy, Prince Livijah, Solo Banton and Mary Genis. And on top of this they have also given us excellent interviews with UK reggae celebrities Ranking Miss P, Macka B and Tippa Irie ...all very impressive stuff for a Uni radio show you'll have to agree.

So if you haven't caught the Reggae Fever show yet then check it out on 1287am.com every Sunday between 1 and 3pm (GMT) during university term time or tune to 1287am in the Reading area.
